Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be issued for paid Webolute Pulse subscriptions operated by Webolute FZE.
Last updated: 10th July 2026
1. Overview
Webolute Pulse is a subscription-based software service billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Use.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account (Manage billing), or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. You can continue using your subscription until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew unless you subscribe again.
Canceling does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current term, except where required by law or as stated below.
3. Refund eligibility
We may issue a refund in these cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge - if you were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a processing error.
- Service not delivered - if a verified technical issue or service outage prevented you from using the core features of Webolute Pulse for a substantial portion of your paid subscription, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- First-time purchase cooling-off (limited) - for a first paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided the service has not been used extensively or deployed in a live production environment. Refund requests are assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
- Legal requirement - where consumer or other law requires a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
4. Professional services
Optional setup, onboarding, customization, or other professional services purchased separately from a subscription are non-refundable once the service has been completed or substantially performed.
5. Non-refundable items
Unless required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Partial months or unused days after a voluntary mid-cycle cancellation
- Renewals after the first billing period once the renewal has processed
- Yearly plans after the 7-day first-purchase window (if applicable)
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before renewal
- Fees related to third-party services, overages, or custom work outside the standard subscription
- Optional setup, onboarding, training, consulting, or other professional services once delivered
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on your Webolute Pulse account
- Invoice or transaction reference (if available)
- A brief description of the issue and refund reason
We aim to review all refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of service delivery and policy terms.
8. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued purchases or renewals after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
